She brings deep expertise in guest experience, service training, and operational excellence, shaping CLARO’s signature quality and customer culture.

Current

Claro House is already operational venue. The first phase of upgrades has been completed, including the partial renovation of the Soho Garden deck area, new decking and seating zones, and completely refitted guest bathrooms. After funding Claro will accelerate the expansion into the complete multi-venue concept.
