With over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality and restaurant management, Niki has led operations for boutique resorts and fine-dining venues across Thailand and the Middle East. She brings deep expertise in guest experience, service training, and operational excellence, shaping CLARO’s signature quality and customer culture.
Ran Nagar
Operations & Development Director
Ran oversees on-site development, supplier coordination, and daily operations. With several projects completed in Koh Samui and Bangkok, he ensures CLARO’s build quality, cost efficiency, and smooth execution from concept to operation.
Justin Cohen
Director & CFO
Entrepreneur and creative strategist with experience spanning education, technology, and hospitality. Founder of Tree Yard International and Exsportia, Justin leads CLARO’s business vision, investor relations, and long-term brand growth.
Current
Claro House is already operational venue. The first phase of upgrades has been completed, including the partial renovation of the Soho Garden deck area, new decking and seating zones, and completely refitted guest bathrooms.
After funding Claro will accelerate the expansion into the complete multi-venue concept.
